You can watch the poppy bloom from home
While you can’t hike the hillsides of the Antelope Valley California Poppy Reserve right now, the state park is broadcasting a pivoting perspective of its orange hillsides. Scope out the stream in the afternoon when the poppies are open and fluttering in the midday sun (or tune in early to watch them transition from their closed-up morning state).
