Time In Couchbound No. #03
Get a glimpse of L.A. from
above the clouds
Wondering what life’s like 5,700 feet above L.A.? Enter the Mount Wilson Observatory webcam, the easiest way to look out over the entire city without even leaving your couch. You’ll find a pair of webcams operated atop the San Gabriel Mountains peak, one of which stitches together time-lapse animations every few hours to create stunning videos of the sun rising above the mountains and setting over the ocean.

Addicted to Animal Crossing? Decorate your home with these
paintings from the Getty
If you’re like us, you’re probably more concerned with keeping up the appearance of your house in Animal Crossing: New Horizons than your actual home. The Getty is here to make your virtual decorating duties even easier. The Brentwood museum has created the Animal Crossing Art Generator, which lets you turn any piece from its 100,000 image-strong trove of open-access artwork into a design in the video game. If only getting a Van Gogh or a Monet on your wall was this easy in real life.
Psst: Mother’s Day is coming up soon
In case you’ve lost track of time (don’t worry, we have, too), we’re less than two weeks away from Mother’s Day. Make mom proud and get your flower delivery order in early.
