All of Miami, straight to your home.
Time In Couchbound No. #02 | Issue No. #10
Give it up for Love Local
Our global campaign to help champion independent businesses launches this week. In Miami, we’re lending our voices to Frontline Foods, a grassroots organization that’s helping the city’s restaurants provide meals to healthcare workers.
Home-cooked meals at your fingertips
Miami’s best chefs and bakers are getting creative and launching underground pop-ups at home—churning out specialty items from their private kitchens and selling to customers directly via Instagram. Craving something homemade? Seek out these folks for soul-warming ramen, dumplings made from scratch, gluten-free cookies and so much more.
What to stream this week
Today Coral Gables Cinema Drive-In
Have an old-fashioned movie night at home when you “drive in” to the indie cinema, streaming dozens of films for free straight from their website. Binged everything that’s there? Three new flicks are added to the collection each day.
The best of the rest:

Wednesday Put pen to paper and pour yourself a drink for First Draft, an online literary social with instructor and editor Nick Garnett. It’s happy hour meets a guided writing prompt workshop, and it’s sponsored by the Miami Book Fair.

Thursday Rise up for Breakfast at the [Virtual] Bass, a digital mini-series with chief curator Silvia Karman Cubiñá in conversation with three, game-changing female artists currently exhibiting at the museum. Catch Tracey Moffatt on May 14 and Sylvie Fleury on May 21.

Sunday Twerk like it’s the weekend with former Miami Heart dancer Tiffany Monique. She’s partnered with Yelp Miami to host a free, virtual Bootywork class, where you’ll learn a few “ratchetly cute dances,” burn some calories and finish off with a sexy stretch.

Here’s a taste of what you can expect, plus a full list of options this way.
Blue Collar
This MiMo spot’s excellent dry-aged cheeseburger features a patty made from NY strip and a Portuguese muffin in place of a classic bun. It isn’t traditional, but we prefer it that way.
